Link the capacity to the actual model
Zhongding’s documented range includes tapered bottles in 60 and 90 ml, flat-profile bottles in 60 and 80 ml, and trapezoid formats including 60, 90 and 100 ml. Confirm the model and capacity together rather than transferring a specification from a similar photograph.
For a new design, agree how capacity will be checked: the condition of the bottle, the filling point and whether the measurement represents normal use. A flexible body changes shape when squeezed. One informal filling attempt should not determine the labelled capacity. The practical aim is a shared method for discussing the same number.
US carry-on liquid rules concern both containers and packing
TSA’s official 3-1-1 guidance generally limits carry-on liquid and gel containers to 3.4 fluid ounces, stated alongside 100 millilitres, within the required quart-sized bag. This is US screening guidance, not a TSA certification for Zhongding products or proof that every airport follows identical arrangements.
Brands can state the selected container’s capacity accurately and direct customers to current destination rules. Do not turn a capacity statement into a guarantee of acceptance on every flight. The empty container’s specification is separate from what a traveller fills it with and how it is carried.
Confirm that the set fits its intended storage
Four slender bottles, four wide bottles and four carry-opening formats occupy space differently. An appropriate individual capacity does not establish that the whole set, plus other toiletries, fits the customer’s bag.
Check the final models with the proposed pouch for closure and access. Product photographs should show the actual capacity variant. Consistent names, quantities, capacity information and images are easier for customers to understand.
Procurement scenario: changing a mixed-capacity set
Suppose a brand changes four 90 ml bottles to two 90 ml and two 60 ml bottles. The old “4×90ml” pack statement must change, along with the relevant photographs, individual markings and set list.
If only the factory receives the change, packaging artwork can remain wrong. A simple final assortment sheet listing model, capacity and quantity for each position makes approval clearer. Check it against a complete set sample. This is an illustrative procurement scenario.
Discuss the complete assortment with Zhongding
Buyers can start with Zhongding’s documented bottle shapes and capacities, then discuss the target channel, set count and packaging format. Zhongding’s team has years of silicone-product manufacturing experience; capacity, closures, logos and packaging are confirmed for each project.
The useful outcome is a consistent model specification, capacity-confirmation record, artwork and set sample. That matters more than highlighting “100ml” in isolation.
