A single sample answers only part of the question
An individual bottle sample helps review opening, dispensing and appearance. A set sample must also show which bottle goes into each position, whether anything is duplicated or missing, and whether the colors and capacities match the outer pack. A packing list is more actionable than a rendering alone. It should identify the bottle form, capacity, color, cap, label, accessory and packaging revision for each position.
Inspect components, assembly and the retail unit separately
First, look at components for visible defects in the bottle, closure and identification. Next, assemble and open the parts using the intended handling motion. Finally, draw samples from sealed retail sets and compare their contents with the approved list and carton information. One level cannot stand in for another: a sound bottle does not prove a complete set.
The buyer and supplier can record the number of samples reviewed at each level, the nonconformities found and photographs of the affected parts. They can then agree what triggers rework or another inspection. That gives both teams a useful decision record rather than a vague complaint after delivery.
Use actual Zhongding forms to build the assortment
Zhongding's existing silicone travel-bottle range includes tapered, flat-profile and handle-top forms. Decide which forms will be packed together, their capacities and the intended retail presentation, then confirm the combination with physical samples. Product photos do not establish that every cap or accessory is interchangeable. If color, logo or packaging is customized, keep the approved samples and final packing list under the same revision.
For acceptance, open a sealed retail set and compare each item with the approved sample and packing list. Check that the outer-carton identification points to the same revision. Loose components laid out on a desk do not yet prove the finished sales unit is ready for store delivery.
A useful inquiry states the sales channel, bottle count and forms per set, capacity and color, packaging artwork, closure and labeling checks, and expected first-order quantity. This gives Zhongding a saleable unit to discuss rather than a price request for an isolated bottle. Review the products and sourcing needs before moving to the contact form.
