Trace the contact and pressure points
Look at bottle-to-bottle, cap-to-bottle and bottle-to-card contact in the actual package. A flexible body can be compressed in a packed carton; a projecting closure or carry opening may also become a contact point. These are paths to inspect in the real assembly, not a claim that every silicone bottle deforms. Record appearance before packing, the packing arrangement and any change after unpacking. That makes it possible to discuss a divider, different orientation or better package size for a specific reason.
Sample the final retail pack
The review should use the intended bottle forms, set count, card or bag material, and packing arrangement. After handling the packed sample according to the project's distribution plan, check whether closures still operate, identification remains legible, bodies have visible pressure marks and each piece stays in its intended position. Keep the packaging revision, carton count, observation conditions and photos together. Without those details, changing the card or carton cannot be evaluated clearly.
The required transport test and acceptance conditions depend on the product and logistics route. An internal unpacking check is useful evidence for a design decision; it is not a transport certification.
Start from Zhongding's actual forms
The Zhongding travel-bottle range includes flat-profile, handle-top and ribbed forms. The same carton layout may not suit each silhouette. Choose the intended retail combination first, then review the bottle, closure and pack together. For a handle-top form, decide whether the opening must remain visible as a carry feature on shelf or is simply part of the shape; the pack should not obscure information the buyer needs to see.
Photograph pre- and post-transit samples in comparable positions, and record where each bottle sat inside the carton. If compression appears only in one position, the brand and supplier can examine the pack layout instead of rejecting every bottle shape.
Send Zhongding the set composition, packaging artwork, planned carton arrangement, distribution route and the appearance changes your brand cannot accept. This turns “arrive like the approved sample” into an inspectable goal. Review the existing products before submitting the brief through that page.
